Meet Kobie –The Heart Behind Grace & Grit

My Why

Grace & Grit was born out of the beautiful and sometimes messy intersection of entrepreneurship and motherhood. As a mom of two and a former corporate project manager, I know firsthand how overwhelming life can feel when your home and schedule are pulling you in every direction.

What started as a cleaning and organizing service quickly grew into something more. I realized that what my clients needed wasn’t just a tidy home — they needed support that met them where they were in life. Sometimes that looks like deep cleaning and decluttering; other times it’s helping set up systems to keep life running smoothly, offering personal assistance for errands and daily tasks, or even creating handcrafted goods that bring personality and warmth into their space.

Grace & Grit is about making life easier, lighter, and more joyful. Whether you’re navigating a busy season, transitioning into a new chapter, or simply craving a home and lifestyle that feels more intentional, my mission is to help you get there — with grace when life feels messy, and grit to tackle the challenges ahead.

Here, it’s never just a service. It’s an investment in your peace of mind, your time, and the life you love.

A Little About Me

Born and raised in Louisiana, I grew up knowing that success isn’t given — it’s earned. Nothing in life comes free, and anything worth having requires hard work, dedication, and a little grit. Those lessons shaped who I am today and the way I run Grace & Grit.

Outside of my work, I’m a wife and proud mom to two amazing kids, two lovable Goldendoodles, and one sassy cat. Life in our home is lively, a little chaotic, and full of love — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

When you invite me into your home, my goal isn’t just to check a box or complete a task. This isn’t about the money — it’s about making a difference. I want my clients to feel they can trust me, to know I’m not just some stranger in their space, but someone who feels like family. A safe place.

Fun fact: I’m one of five girls, which means I’ve spent my whole life navigating different personalities, finding common ground, and learning how to work as a team — skills that serve me every day in my business.

At the heart of everything I do is integrity. I want every client to know they matter and that I am genuinely driven by helping others, creating an impact, and leaving things better than I found them — whether that’s a home, a schedule, or someone’s day.
